This spring, we received a very special order of some perfect ramps from the South.
Wild ramps have a taste and flavor like no other. These wild leeks have the scent and taste of a delicate onion with a hint of garlic.
We dried the leaves the and mixed them with our favorite sea salt for an earthy finishing salt.
