Our passion is transforming locally grown, farm fresh fruit into an artisan product while supporting our local farmers. Our company was formed when Amy traveled to the South of France on a family vacation and rediscovered a love of canning and jam making.
All of our jams and pickles are sourced with produce from local farms. Our jams and pickles are 100% handmade. We process and prepare all of our fruit by hand. Many times, we pick up the fruit the day or day after it was picked for us directly from the farm. Our jams are made in small batches in French copper kettles and typically take 2-3 days or more to create each small batch.
From composting, to recycling, to our shipping materials, we are taking steps to create a healthy environment around us.
