When we found meyer lemons by the dozen this spring, we couldn't resist a Meyer Lemon Marmlade.
We gave the lemon slices a long slow cook in sugar for a slightly tart and sweet marmalade. We also added a hint of rose vodka for a twist on a classic.
Our jam features a mouthful of meyer lemon flavor. We've filled the jam with bites of candied meyer lemon peel. The lemon blossoms intensify the meyer lemon flavor and bring a lot of citrus notes to our jam.
This jam is light and refreshing and tastes good on nearly everything. We love it with a light cheese or with our morning toast. And a spoonful in a glass of champagne is perfect!
