We add tart lemon juice to our curd with French churned butter for a curd that's perfectly tart and edible by the spoonful!
We've added slices of kumquat, candied in a long slow cook in sugar syrup for a tart, sweet taste.
Our curd features full meyer lemon flavor with a taste of candied Southern California kumquats.
This curd is light and refreshing and tastes good on nearly everything. We love it with a light cheese or with our morning toast.
