When our town blooms in spring, it's filled with gorgeous lilacs. We get to pick the largest, most fragrant blooms.
We turned these into a delicate lilac syrup and added them to a lemon curd that's extra floral in flavor.
This curd is light and refreshing and tastes good on nearly everything. We love it with a light cheese or with our morning toast.
