Lilac & Lemon Curd

When our town blooms in spring, it's filled with gorgeous lilacs. We get to pick the largest, most fragrant blooms.

We turned these into a delicate lilac syrup and added them to a lemon curd that's extra floral in flavor.

This curd is light and refreshing and tastes good on nearly everything. We love it with a light cheese or with our morning toast.

Jar size: 6 oz

Ingredients: Sugar, egg yolks, French cultured butter (pasteurized cream, salt, lactic starters), lilac syrup (water, sugar, lilac petals, lemons, citric acid), lemon juice.
