During the late spring and early summer our town is literally filled with the scent and color of lilac blossoms. Our friend has the largest, most fragrant blossoms we've ever gathered.
We've taken these delicate blossoms and infused them to make a delicate and lovely lilac jelly. This pale, soft set jelly is a heavenly golden color and makes a perfect accompaniment to a cheese tray or your favorite soft cheeses. A spoonful is perfect mixed into a lilac flavored cocktail!
