We were thrilled to get tiny, green cherry tomatoes from one of our favorite farms this summer.
We soaked the tomatoes in sugar and gently cooked them into a sweet, delectable jam. We added slivers of yuzu peel for a layer of tangy citrus in this jam.
This jam is perfect with cheeses and is one of our new favorites right out of the jar. We'd add it to ricotta toast or a simple baguette.

Ingredients: Green tomatoes, sugar, lemon juice, yuzu.
