When one of our neighbors gave us a gigantic bag of home grown, fresh rose petals we took the most beautiful and freeze dried them. These pale pink and perfect red petals are perfect as a cocktail garnish, mixed into cake frosting, sprinkled on a special cake or your favorite cheese.
