When we found pine berries this spring, we couldn't resist making a blood orange to pair with!
We've delicately cooked white pine berries into a fragrant jam. We've mixed these with a sweet blood orange curd for a very seasonal and limited treat.
This curd is light and refreshing and tastes good on nearly everything. We love it with a light cheese or with our morning toast.
