One of our favorite jams, we've been enjoying every minute of our apricot jam! This delicate fruit arrives early in the summer and lasts only a short season.
For our jam, we've mixed apricots with local, wild sage honey. The honey is only in season during the early summer and only when there's enough rain to bring the sage blooms.
We've added locally grown, organic pistachios as well for a sweet jam that pairs perfectly with cheeses and makes a lovely stuffing for a pork roast.
