This summer our parents garden went crazy with basil!!
There was so much basil from their farm they made a special basil salt for us. They carefully infused the leaves into French sea salt. This salt smells like floral heaven and tastes like delicate basil. The texture is a lovely light mix.
We love this with all of our favorite soups and vegetables and in a Bloody Mary.

Ingredients: French grey sea salt, garden basil.
