When our neighbor's roses bloom, they give us bags and bags of fresh petals!
We take baskets full of these beautiful petals and turn them into our Rose Jelly. The delicate flavor and color from these gorgeous flowers.
We love serving this jam over a white cheese or glazing our favorite flourless chocolate cake. Add a little spoonful to your favorite fruity martini at any cocktail party.
