One of our new favorites - the Peacotum. (Pea-Cot-Um)
One of our favorite family farms has done a three way cross with old fashioned fruit grafting. The Peacotum is - a peach meets a plum meets an apricot. This fruit looks like a plum jam but has all the flavor of peaches inside and a hint of fragrant apricot.
A perfect match for cheeses, brunch or a lovely hostess gift. This gorgeous jam will surprise you with all of it's gorgeous layers of flavor with peach, plum and hints of apricot!
