We've taken lovely fall citrus and candied to perfection!
Green satsumas ripen from the inside out and our farmer gathered us crate full of green ones to turn into candied fruit.
We've infused them over many days with sugar and jarred them with the heavenly syrup. The taste is bright and cheery for wintery and spring days.
Ingredients: Green satsuma mandarins, sugar, water.
