From the minute we tasted Baby Crawford Peaches this summer, we were hooked!
The Baby Crawford is on the Ark of Taste as one of the best tasting peaches and it does not disappoint. We were able to get a few of these beauties from one of our favorite farmers new trees.
We couldn't turn these peaches simply into jam. We've kept them in whole slices and placed them in Tupelo honey syrup. Tupelo honey is from Tupelo trees in the South and is delicate floral honey only gathered a few weeks out of the year.
We love these peaches in honey! It's a perfect match for bourbon cocktails or with a cheese platter.
