We've taken super sweet, locally grown kishu (tiny) mandarins from one of our favorite small growers, and turned them into Kishu Marmalade.
This isn't a usual marmalade. This slow process, candies the fruit in a sugar syrup over a period of several days over very low heat to keep the fruit whole.
The candied mandarins are filled with a sweet orange syrup. You can chop the candied fruit into pieces to add to your favorite desserts or to garnish salads with a hint of citrus. You can also add pieces of fruit and the syrup to cocktails.
Jar size: 6 oz.
Ingredients: Mandarins, sugar, water.
