All over town this year, the trees are full of sweet, crisp perfect apples. We've never seen so much fruit.
We've taken our sweet, tart Granny Smith apples and dipped them in a burnt honey and vanilla bean syrup then dried them into wonderfully crunchy apple chips.
Eat these as a daily snack or add a crisp to your favorite cocktail as a garnish.
Just try not to eat the whole bag at once!
