At the market this summer we found the perfect yellow beans from one of our favorite farms.
We've pickled the beans with our favorite blend of dill and summer spices for a bright, crunchy treat. You can eat these beans anytime of day for a delightful snack. Or bring them along for lunch - they make an excellent side dish with a chicken salad sandwich.
They make a perfect addition to a Bloody Mary for your holiday brunch! We love to get them out for our cocktail parties as well.
