During the early summer this year, we found some of the sweetest and best tasting strawberries we've ever had. Their scent and flavor taste just like the berries from France.
We also found a handful of gorgeous red rhubarb from one of our local growers.
We've mixed the berries with the tart, tangy taste of grassy, herbal rhubarb. The rhubarb gives our jam just the right amount of tart flavor for the berries. You won't want to miss the limited number of jars of this classic flavor!
The strawberries are cooked whole so there is large chunks of fruit in every jar of this jam.
We could eat this treat every day! This jam works well for breakfast, on your PB&J for lunch or as a little treat on the side for a gourmet dessert.
