In the heat of the late summer, we found a Hatch chile festival nearby! We picked up boxes of traditional fresh chiles that had been trucked in from Hatch, New Mexico. We watched as our chiles were roasted in the 104 degree heat of the day. The smell and scent flavored the air and our entire kitchen.These pickles are a full of spicy chiles. They have an amazing chile flavor and are perfect on everything. We've spread them on tamales and topped our favorite dishes with them to add a bit of heat.Jar size: 6 oz.
Ingredients: Hatch chiles, vinegar, water, Hawaiian sea salt.
