When the end of summer comes, one of our favorite farms brings us loads of ripe, golden Rio Oso peaches tinted with hints of red and pink skin. These peaches are buttery soft, juicy and filled with all the perfect flavor of summer.
We've added roasted cacao nibs to these juicy peaches for a hint of chocolaty crunch. Cacao nibs are purely part of the cacao bean that's been prepared for making chocolate. There's no added sugar in cacao nibs and they are crunchy, chocolaty treat that's not overly sweet - making them a perfect addition to our sweet summer peaches.
We love this jam straight from the jar and it makes a perfect afternoon snack. This jam would also be perfect to share with family and friends at a holiday brunch.
