Our Blackberry and Lemon Verbena jam uses the most perfectly sweet berries from one of our favorite farms. These blackberries are picked at their peak and are some of the sweetest berries we've ever tasted.
We give the berries a long, slow cook until they are just set. We've added a little lemon verbena to give the jam some bright, lemon notes.
This deep dark spread is perfect with a nice light triple cream cheese or on any breakfast scone.
