When the days begin to grow shorter and the weather cools off, we gather the fruits before the freeze.
We get Brown Turkey figs that are so light - we mix them with some local honey and organic cinnamon for our Fig with Honey & Cinnamon jam.
Before the days are too short, we get just sweet enough plums from our favorite growers. Our blends of Plum with Vanilla Beans and Rosewater and Plum with Sichuan Pepper appear right around the holidays for an appetizer or after dinner treat.
When they are at their peak, we take the most flavorful tomatoes and make our Tomato with Vanilla jam. This jam is delightful anytime of year! Serve it on ice cream or on a rosemary cracker with some cheese.
For a rich treat that will leave layers of flavor on your tongue, our Pears with Anise and Balsamic Vinegar will have you craving more and more. This jam gets better & better as it ages in your pantry.
For a treat that makes everyone smile, we make our Candy Apple Crunch. Simply apples, caramel and candied pecans!
